Overview

Pika Create is the current product: one signup that holds video, image and audio tools. Video Studio takes a prompt and can use an image, a video or audio as reference, and the vendor describes multi-shot video with sound of up to three minutes - a claim we did not test, and one that depends on the model and settings you choose. The plan line matters more than the tool. The pricing table lists no watermark on Free, Starter, Creator and Fancy, so watermark-free is not the same as licensed: the commercial licence is granted on Creator and Fancy only, which means a promotional clip needs Creator at $35 a month, or $28 billed annually, with 3,150 credits a month. Plan credits are monthly and do not roll over, and add-on credit packs work in Pika Create rather than in the API.

Pika states that content you submit, including inputs and outputs, may be used to improve its artificial-intelligence models and related technologies, with metadata used for training, evaluation and moderation, and the terms add that deleting your account prompts commercially reasonable efforts to exclude your content from future training while content already folded into trained models cannot be removed.
