Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This page says what this site does with your data: it counts visits with Google Analytics, and it keeps your saved list and theme choice in your own browser. There are no accounts.
What is collected
Every page loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-P5TWBGZ9K6). It sets cookies and sends Google your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view and how you arrived. Google processes that data as our analytics provider, and its own terms govern what it does with it.
- Visit analytics includes page views, referrer, approximate location, device and browser. When interaction analytics is enabled, it also counts official-link clicks, guide links, comparison actions, saves/removals, search length and result-count buckets, email-draft handoffs and email-address copies.
- Google Analytics sets cookies for measurement. Interaction events use public catalogue identifiers and coarse counts; they exclude search text, email contents, submission descriptions and the full saved list.
- The site itself has no account system, no comment system and no form that uploads content to a server.
What is stored in your browser
Your saved list and theme choice are stored in this browser’s localStorage. Clearing site data removes them. The full saved list is not uploaded. If interaction analytics is enabled, a save or remove action can include the public product slug, without the rest of your saved list.
Product submissions
The submission form does not upload anything. It opens a draft in your own email client with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself.
How the analytics are used
The analytics are read to see which pages are visited and to decide what to improve.
- Measuring traffic and improving pages.
- Google may use the data for its own purposes, under its own terms.
- The site has no account system and no visitor database of its own.
