Udio currently cannot deliver a downloaded track, so it fails the brief. Suno Pro fits the monthly price, but two official pages differ on creation-time and download-time licensing, and a paid download is not automatic clearance for an earlier free creation. No option has been verified against every requirement.

The task
Spend no more than US$10 for one month, without annual prepayment, to produce a 30-second advertising track, download the audio and hand it to a client with the commercial permission that use requires.

Includes 2,500 monthly credits and 20 monthly downloads, with extras billed separately. Creating from material you have rights to during a paid subscription and downloading through an approved channel is a workflow to verify, not a done deal.

The free workflow does not meet the task. Upgrading does not automatically license songs created earlier; an individual exception may be granted but is not guaranteed, so client advertising use stays out until there is specific confirmation.

- The newer page describes commercial rights by download during a subscription, while the earlier FAQ uses creation-time conditions. Do not infer that an earlier free song is licensed without resolving this conflict or obtaining specific confirmation.

Keep creation, download and licensing apart
The current terms require downloads through approved channels and restrict jointly owned Remixes, made through the user-remixing feature the terms define, to personal non-commercial use unless a separate offering says otherwise. That restriction is specific to those Remixes: it is not a blanket ban on editing your own audio, and a normal paid subscription does not remove it.
Before delivery
Record the plan in force when the track was created, the download date and the permission you are relying on. Confirm any earlier free-song exception with Suno, then inspect the format and the real 30-second length against what the client asked for. Keep the terms version you read. We have not generated this deliverable or verified sublicensing, and commercial permission does not guarantee the work is protected by copyright.
