On generated content the terms say that, "as between you and Character.AI, you own that Generated Content", while you grant Character.AI a "perpetual, irrevocable" licence to "exploit, commercialize and otherwise use" the Character and all Generated Content. They neither grant nor forbid commercial use of the output by you, and do not split conditions between free and paid tiers.
